health solves my worries

There are some little worries, and that is unlimited. But most of their solutions all come down to the same thing:
Sleep well, eat well, and stay active.
Just three, that’s all.
I can do easily for good sleeping.
Warming up my body, doing yoga, avoiding blue light before bed, or something like that.
On the other hand, it’s too difficult to improve the quality of diet and exercise!
If I exercise more, I can eat more. But I can’t eat more without exercise more. I’m going around in circles.
For now, I’m trying to get my protein consciously, increase my iron intake, and do squats and light walks whenever I think of it.
I can go slowly for my ideals, so what I have to do is just keep making steady progress.
