line arts

I love attractive lines.
Monochrome line drawings that stand out are cool, and people who draw those lines are truly talented artists.
Manga is a prime example of that!
I tend to focus on following the story when I read manga, but I think manga artists are truly amazing.
I can't help but wonder how they can create such eye-catching pieces despite using a limited number of colors.
I've been struggling to draw lines like that by myself. But It's quite difficult.
I've dug up some results of my hard work so far. yes, I can say "hard."

This is a drawing I made when I was excited to draw in monochrome.
It doesn't look bad.

The lines are simple. This style may be a good fit for chibi characters.

I feel like this is kinda dynamic.
Whether the lines are broken or overlapping, the overall impression seems harmonious.
(This is a guy from nijisanjiEN.)

I haven't drawn any monochrome drawings yet, but this is one that includes the line layer. I wanted to bring that layer, but I lost the original data.
I like the way to draw the bangs!
Honestly I've been yelling for at least 4 years “I want to be able to draw line art!”
I think I'm making some progress. My efforts are not wasted.
Some people compliment me on my line art, so I'm sure depending on how they look at it, my lines are good....
Subjectively, I'd like to be able to express in a variety of ways, with more momentum and variation in strength and weakness, or softer and more delicate.
Maybe I should just take up manga? That might be a good idea, as inevitably it would give me more chance to draw.
I'll add it to my to-do list of this year. note
See you next time! Have a nice day.
I have only this English article today:)
